Sponsor Rules
Version 2026-08-29
Sponsor listings are self-certified and not routinely verified before publication. Payment never means endorsement, and the sponsor remains responsible for every claim and destination.
Required authority
Use only a domain, name, tagline, and destination you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate another person or organization, infringe copyright or trademark rights, suggest Court97 endorsement, or conceal who operates the destination.
Prohibited listings
Listings must not promote unlawful goods or conduct, deception, scams, hate or unlawful violence, sexual exploitation, malware, credential theft, unwanted downloads, sanctions evasion, payment abuse, or content that violates Stripe rules. A safe destination must remain on HTTPS, match the purchased domain, and stay materially consistent with the listing.
Automated creative
Court97 may retrieve a raster favicon from the sponsor domain and may, only when separately enabled, generate synthetic speech from the domain and optional tagline. Favicon failures use a letter tile; synthetic pronunciation can be imperfect, generation can be unavailable, and generic Court97 audio may play instead.
Review and emergency action
Automated checks and complaints can trigger review after publication. Court97 can immediately pause or remove a sponsor for rights, abuse, malware, payment risk, or takedown reasons, replace it with house creative, preserve payment and audit records, and investigate before any restoration.
Reports and takedowns
A report should identify the sponsor, destination, complained-of material, legal or policy basis, supporting evidence, and a reliable reply address. The production takedown contact is a launch prerequisite and will be published before paid listings are accepted; deliberately false or abusive reports may be disregarded.
